Play Rally – Return & Exchange Policy

At Play Rally, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the case of physical damage to the product at the time of delivery. If the product received is damaged, customers may request a replacement or return as per the conditions below.

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must have visible physical damage upon delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging as proof.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Play Rally will not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product is not physically damaged.

  • The request is made after the allowed reporting period.

  • The product has been used, modified, or tampered with.

  • Damage caused due to improper handling by the customer after delivery.

4. Return / Exchange Process

If your product is damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order details and evidence of damage (photos/videos).

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange either a replacement product or a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
